The man stood inside the cave, it was massive hollowed out nine great pillars in its middle, and each one was black and bent in its own way except one. This pillar stood in the middle of them all it was straight and it seemed had been made into a great throne for someone, the floor still just mud let peek through the actual floor of the area, its white starting to peek through. 

"These are the pillars you spoke of?"

A man in a white coat crept out of the darkness behind him, his hands held behind him he stepped up beside the other man. Both men were the same height about 5"9’ however while the man in the white coat had black straight hair the other had light blonde almost white hair that was sticking up wearing a grey suit and tie with a white shirt, were the man in the white coat wore glasses the other man wore non and had purple eyes with yellow iris’. Then the man in the white coat answered.

"Yes Commander Guo."

Guo turned to the man and looked at him and then turned back to the pillars again, he narrowed his evil inhuman eyes on them and started to walk towards them when he stopped, a thin mist seemed to have gathered around the pillars and the cave suddenly had gotten colder. He looked around and then at the pillars again and instantly stepped back, a vision…no an apparition hovered before him..the figures face that of a beautiful woman yet half of it was skeletal her clothes a dress that was tattered and torn. 

Continuing to step back Guo watched the apparition and then stopped as he narrowed his eyes upon it, thinking to himself when suddenly she spoke.

"Has another come to torment this tortured soul? Another of Kain’s minions come to give me grief? Bound here eternally nothing but entertainment for the sick?"

Composing himself and straightening his tie Guo gave a small cough pondered over her words, "Tortured Soul" she had said. Perhaps she was here to haunt these pillars? Or maybe it was just a ghost..stepping outside of the pillars reach he answered her question in his gritty voice with a small smile.

"I do not know of this Kain you speak of, and I do not know of you."

The Apparition hovered for a minute before starting to float around the pillars again her eyes glancing at the light of the entrance to the cave, floating through one of the pillars she stopped. The pillar to Guo just one of the black pillars they had found to her it was something else, the pillar had around it a golden band and upon it there was pictured a brain and then she stared back at Guo once more.

"Could it be? Kains evil has been broken? But I sense..were Kain’s evil has stopped another has taken over..i can see it in you..your dark eyes..leave me be.."

With that the apparition faded and the mist cleared, the cave started to warm up once more and Guo turned to find the man in the white coat gone, he started to walk back towards the cave entrance and exited altogether. Looking around the area outside he was given the view of three tends, they were big, like circus tents and around them numerous machines used for digging and clearing. There were people dotted around doing different jobs when one of them came up to him, this person also wore a white coat but hand short blonde hair and blue eyes.

"What did you find out Commander?"

Commander Guo didn’t answer him, he just looked down at him and glared for a second causing the man to step back a scared look on his face and then the commander spoke.

"I want you to find out everything you can about this site and a man called Kain, understand?"

"Yes sir"
 
 

Sho laughed as Tetsuro straightened his chair up and picked himself up from the floor, he had been sitting on it and swung back to far causing himself to fall. He glared at Sho for a minute before laughing a little himself then when Sho made the same mistake and swung back on his own chair and fell to the floor he burst out laughing so hard he had to lean on the wall.

The two were in Sho’s room in his house, his bed in the corner under his window his desk at the bottom of the bed, he had a TV and video opposite his head and the door was a little way from that, numerous posters hung on the wall.

"Oh stop.."

These were Sho’s words; he obviously couldn’t take being laughed at even if he did deserve it. Tetsuro stopped laughing but still had a big grin on his face and sat down on the edge of Sho’s bed smiling.

"Well it was pretty funny Sho, besides you laughed at me remember?"

Sho stood up and looked at Tetsuro then smiled, he walked over to the window and looked out over the city the many houses and people merely dots from his room. Suddenly the roof of his room crashed down and a large creature stood before them, it was covered completely in fur its face forever in a menacing smile showing many razor sharp teeth its ears pointed and his hands massive claws, Sho instantly recognized this as one of Chronos’ Zoinoids. 

Tetsuro stood up and backed away as the Zoinoid charged at Sho thrusting its claw out towards him. Jumping, the claw smashed into the window shattering it sending a rain of glistening glass everywhere as Sho screamed a single word.

"GUYVER!"

In a flash of light the walls crumbled more and the Bio Booster Armour wrapped itself around Sho making him about half a metre taller covering him in grey armour and giving him high frequency blades on both forearms he landed and looked at the Zoinoid the respirators on his face blowing out and sucking in oxygen. Two small metallic orbs were now under his white eyes given by the armour two more orbs these ones bigger resting on his head acting as another set of eyes, raising his arms and taking a ready position he watched the Zoinoid as it started to advance on him.

It jumped towards him its claws out in front of it, this wasn’t a very hard battle Sho could tell, the Zoinoids never were THAT much of a challenge to him anymore, and with a simple side step he caught one of the claws and broke it over his knee effectively snapping the arm blooding squirting a little as the bone appeared through the fur. 

The Zoinoid roared in pain and reeled back from Sho, its left arm now hanging by its side it advanced again and swiped at Sho with its claw. Ducking the claw he slammed his fist into the side of the Zoinoid and again it reeled back, this time into the wall. The orb situated at Shos waist slowly began to flicker and drawing his hand back and thrusting it forward threw a gravity ball at the Zoinoid striking it in the chest sending it through the wall in a flash of light and blood. Stepping over to the hole the Zoinoid made he looked down to see it on the pavement lifeless slowly dissolving away as they do, looking up he turned to Tetsuro who spoke.

"I see they are still after you.."

"Yes.." Replied Sho in that almost robotic voice the Guyver gave him

"But its not so much now..i cant help but wonder if they’ve found something else to occupy them…something more dangerous.."

The screen flickered as commander Guo watched from behind someone, the man at the console wore a white lab coat as did most technicians at Chronos. He was typing away on a keyboard the letters appearing on the screen and then leaving it as if they weren’t there, he was obviously trying to find something..hack into something, Guo knew it could be done for nothing wa sout of the reach of Chronos..then the console beeped.

"Ah ha!"

Guo looked down at the man a little surprised at his reaction but decided to ignore it this one time, swallowing he looked back down at the console. A picture had appeared, it was a man his hair silvery-white, his forehead very much pronounced seemed to curl over his hair and his eyes darkened by the shadow of his forehead but were a piercing yellow colour. His lips were black, or were they red? The colour just so much stained that it looked black? And parting his lips were two white fangs protruding forth.

"Kain.."

"Well doctor? Report." Demanded Guo

The doctor looked at the screen and began to read.

"Kain, said to have ruled over ten thousand years ago, the pillars that we uncovered are known as the pillars of Nosgoth. Nosgoth is the name for a very old world, everywhere was nosgoth back then, or so it says here. Kain was a vampire, the throne you saw in the pillars was his, he would command his armies through his six lieutenants, well five actually..it says here one was killed through Kain’s jealousy. To cut this short commander the one Lieutenant whom Kain thought he had killed rose again and put a stop to Kains evil using a sword of Kains called Soul Reaver and Kains evil ended there." 

Guo glanced at the screen and then at the man, he watched him for a second thinking and then it hit him, a thought so evil it was scary. What if he could get Kain back? Chronos could make Zoinoids, DNA recovery shouldn’t be too hard after that. Yes, this had to be done, if he could revive Kain then he could finally recover the Guyver unit, it was all starting to come together wrapping itself up in a nice little package..
